CAN YOU WALK IN THE SUNSHINE AND STILL PROJECT A POOR SHADOW?

Her father was a Christian and because of how mean, thoughtless, dishonest and neglectful he was, she gave up on Christ. With sadness she related how it had been and how it still was. “Dad often spoke of Christ’s love, but he did not give it. He spoke of Christ’s commandments for decent behavior, but he never followed them. So I decided, how can I trust the faith of a man who does not act like he speaks?” To this day, she expresses sorrow at her cynicism, but it will not go away.

”He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.”
