(These One A Days are added to each new day/ Scrolls down and read previous One A Days.)
It was a century ago and a little more, and the blacksmith had just repaired a rake and a hoe for one of his regular customers. He was then offered a dollar for his efforts, but refused the payment. When asked why, he replied, “Every once in awhile a man has to do something just to stretch his soul.”
“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me and I in Him, bears much fruit for without Me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5)
Everyday we have many opportunities to get or give, to stretch our souls or shrink them…and yes, if we have a love affair going with selfishness we may be guaranteed a full pocketbook but at the cost of an empty heart.
Have you visited my “Life Is Not What It Is But What You Make It” site. Go to Google and where it says “Google Search” type in “Wyrick’s Writings”
Have you considered sharing this site with family or friends? Just have them go to Google Search and type in “Neil Spiritual Vitamins”.
