ARE DISAPPOINTMENTS GOOD OR BAD?

(These thoughts are added to each day. Scroll down and read previous One A Days.)

When you face a big bag of disappointments and discouragements with a side order of disgust hanging on to your coat tails, don’t just try to get rid of them. Also learn from them.

Henry Ford went broke five times before he finally succeeded. John Bunyan didn’t write Pilgrim’s Progress on a patio. He wrote it in prison. A young Hungarian won a gold medal in the 1955 Olympics with a steady right arm and hand. Four years later, because his right arm was now useless because of an accident he won another medal…this time with his left. Beethoven wrote some of his finest music while imprisoned by a personal wall of silence.

"Keep thy heart with all diligence, for out of it (the heart) are found the issues of life. For as a man thinketh in his heart so is he." (Proverbs 4:23, Proverbs 23:7)

Have you visited my “Life Is Not What It Is But What You Make It” site. Go to Google and where it says “Google Search” type in “Wyrick’s Writings”

Have you considered sharing this site with family or friends? Just have them go to Google Search and type in “Neil Spiritual Vitamins”.

And, yes, maybe they will back track a few weeks to read other of my musings.
