First, his home address is hell and second he does not know how to love.
And therein lies the whole rub.
Love is a positive discipline…not just an emotion. Hate, anger, sin all are negatives and worthy of darkness where hopefully they can be long lost and forgotten. They certainly do not need to be nurtured as if they are family.
Love gives to a charity without being asked and does a good deed when no one is looking. Love does not seek rewards …rather it seeks more and more opportunities to stay in practice.
Love as our Lord taught challenges us to be professionals in the art of caring and making the warmth of compassion a regular thing in both our heart and soul.
Indeed, if you and I want this 21st Century to be a good century to live in then we must be good enough for this century.
We must be honest not because being dishonest will land us in jail but rather because dishonesty defies God.
What am I talking about…Out of God’s gifts…make gifts to God.
