They are changed daily.

I challenge you to find lives to change …in the name of Christ…and His words, “Love thy neighbor as thyself”…change brought about by example…by a word fitly spoken…but extra effort made.

And who out there is watching us and leaning on a word spoken or a deed done and learning from us…to love or to hate or…and we will never know…but the world may know…in yet another headline…

He sat there. A small dark-skinned little boy, a Christian Palestinian Convert, sat in Sunday School class and didn’t absorb what was being taught.

Certainly some of the fault was in his not paying attention to what was being taught…and perhaps the teacher could have been better prepared…or…for whatever reason…what was being taught did not get through.

And at home not strongly enough taught some things good…or challenged to be his best…or…he zinged when he should have zanged and he grew toward violence and away from the Jesus way of love and peace.

For whatever reason, this little boy grew up to be a man and at the age of 24, Sirhan Sirhan…shot and killed Senator Robert Kennedy.

“Whereas the object and purpose of our instruction and charge is love, which springs from a pure heart and a good (clear) conscience and sincere (unfeigned) faith.”
