SANE
OR INSANE
To every person who
lives as if they believe that Christianity and Christ teachings are madness…I
say, “If this be madness then perhaps we should double check our definition of
sanity.”

A
CONTINUATIONOF THOUGHTS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF FOREVER
There are certain
scriptures one cannot hear to often.
“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” (Matt 6:19-21)
Ernest Hemingway was no theologian but he was a thinking man’s friend. He once wrote, “The man who has begun to live more seriously within begins to live more simply without.”
To end up on the right side of forever requires consistent, persistent study and thought, prayer and follow-through and the ability to simplify, simplify, simplify.
It is all about living a balanced life that does not deny the needs of the body but also definitely does not deny the needs of the soul.
“To seek first the kingdom of God does not mean we have to give up our lamps but it does mean we need to focus on the stars.” (rewrite/author unknown)
